Product Description

The Yealink EXP20 is the next iteration of the company’s flexible and powerful SIP-T27G/P and SIP-T29G advanced IP phone models.

The EXP20 contains a large and user-friendly liquid crystal display (LCD) interface that measures 160x320 pixels, as well as contains 20 physical, dual-color LED keys.

The additional screen space and added number of buttons simplifies user navigation and streamlines essential operational functions such as speed dial, BLF, BLA, call forwarding, transfer and hold. Up to six EXP20 phone systems can be strung together on a single daisy chain.

An All New Design

The EXP20 touts an all-new design that mirrors the eloquent look and feel of the T27G, T27P and T29G models.

The solution brings to the table multiple convenient, user-friendly features such as rubber feet covers in order to prevent sliding, as well as a flexible base that allows the phone to stand in multiple dynamic positions.

These features, among many others, contribute to a more enjoyable user experience.

A Richer Visual Experience

The solution’s expansive screen, combined with an added backlight and multi-page layout, simplifies navigability for the end user.

These functionalities, combined with 38 programmable LED keys, provides the rich visual experience that professionals need to exceed in today’s demanding workplace.

Expandability

The EXP20 supports up to six expansion modules. It should be noted, however, that if you exceed two connections, the device will require a conventional power supply of 5V/1.2A.

Switchcom Distribution realise that there are high demands on your time. The collection of items outside of your planned bulk-order purchase can take up valuable time that could be better spent attending to other pressing tasks.

• Orders over R5 000.00 ex VAT up to 30kgs qualify for free next business day delivery

• If your order is below R5 000.00 ex VAT and up to 30kgs, we can add a delivery fee to your order

• Should your order be over 30kgs, we will cover the standard fee of R75.00 per box and any additional fees will be added to your order.

• We strongly suggest taking out additional insurance for large value orders at an additional 3%

OUTSIDE GAUTENG

• Orders over R20 000.00 ex VAT and up to 20kgs qualify for free delivery within 4 - 5 business days

• If your order is below R20 000.00 ex VAT, we can add a delivery fee to your order

• Should your order be over 20kgs, we will cover the standard fee of R95.00 per box and any additional fees will be added to your order.

• We strongly suggest taking out additional insurance for large value orders at an additional 3%

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All pricing displayed is exclusive of VAT

• Free Delivery is only available in South Africa

• Payment is to clear in our account before stock is made available for delivery

• Subject to stock being available

• Any invoice signed by the courier will be used as Proof of Delivery

• The Customer indemnifies Switchcom Distribution from any claims of any nature whatsoever that might arise from engaging with the Courier service.

• All order over R100 000.00 will qualify for full fee delivery

RETURN POLICY

• Any return of stock will be accepted after 7 working days from purchase.
• Any return of stock after the prescribed 7 working days, a 15% handling fee of the purchase price will be charged.
• No return of stock will be accepted after 10 working days from purchase.
• Switchcom reserves the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee on all special orders once the quote is accepted.
